Bagyong Yolanda : Could Cause Storm Signal Number 4 areas of Visayas

Bagyong Yolanda (Haiyan) a powerful tropical cyclone with a maximum sustained winds that could exceed 185 kilometers per hour before it hits the landfall of Visayas. The tropical storm warning number 4 could be lifted up in Visayas area.

“Maliit ang tsansa na hihina kasi pag nasa dagat, mas lalakas pa,” PAGASA weather forecaster Rene Paciente said on Thursday.

If Yolanda will happen this will be the 15th time raised storm signal  number 4 declared in the country since 1991.

Yolanda is expected to affect a large diameter and hits Metro Manila.

Also Yolanda could trigger some Flash-floods and Landslides on its way, including areas of Bohol.

Yolanda will be the 24th cyclone to enter the Philippine area of responsibility this year, with 2 to 3 more expected before the year ends.
